The customer’s stay and, most importantly, experience at ME Madrid has been paramount to its success; hence why we’ve classified it an “experience” resort. I think the fact that I’ve been a part of the ME brand since its birth is why I feel the need to facilitate a breathtaking first impression; one that carries all the way until the guest is ushered away in a taxi and ME Madrid is only a spec in their horizon.

There is nothing fake about the ME Madrid experience; we are chic, we like to have fun, and we consider every guest royalty. It has always bothered me when hotels go to great and gimmicky lengths to appeal to their guests—from that traditional hotelier smile, to over hyped, lackluster amenities. ME Madrid works to remold that cast of the traditional hotel experience; I make sure of it.

Besides the hotel, my loves include my wife, my energetic and dedicated staff, and, well, the tower suite of ME Madrid; it’s a room, a bar, a club—everything you could ever want it to be.
